      Pros

401K matching is nice, very active ERGs, and the people have been great.

      Cons

Insane timelines and management pushes hard. The product development cycle is quite frustrating.

      Pros

401k match, lunch credits, good office

      Cons

      Less growth and job security

      Great tech, terrible culture

      Business outlook

      Pros

Technology is great for today. Benefits are very generous. Unlimited 401k match so if you max out, that’s an extra $10k for you.

      Cons

Technology is vulnerable to gen AI because they fit in like a glue between systems - it doesn’t DO anything. Leadership is immature and malicious. Churn is very high- look at the averages provided on LinkedIn. Average tenure in sales is 2 years. Exactly right for Rob Enslin. Hard to build something great at scale when people suck and the good ones leave.

      Culture eats everything for breakfast

      Product manager
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

      - 401k match - teammates - remote culture - wlb in some teams

      Cons

      - Good leaders are shown the door, one way or another - Important decisions made with little visibility - No growth for people who get their hands dirty, only for those with a megaphone - UiPath lost their competitive advantage because they stopped innovating - CEO previously mentioned in an interview that he wanted to be more like Elon Musk - The turnover for women, minority and queer groups seems to have increased the past year
