Besides some of my coworkers i can’t think of my positive things to say

Cuts to the floor and bar dont make sense. The rules change constantly. No smoke breaks, even outside, even in your car. No discount on food unless its a day off. But cant drink at my own restaurant on a day off. Thats right, thats banned too. No employee meal unless your a double. But wait, theres not always a break to eat your double meal. And no takeout for employee meals. Dont forget, cant bring in food or drink. Forced to buy a meal if you have a chance to eat. Cant forget the poor consistency of their ranking system. Or that when the airconditioning isnt working and we have our hair up to cool down, our managers are bombarded by their boss with pictures telling us to put it down.
