What is working from home like at Travelodge Hotels (UK)?

There is a great ethos at Travelodge that everyone is excepted in a friendly atmosphere. We can work from home 2 days a week.

Nothing that i can think of.

Full training is provided and is very effective. Any questions you have they will get answered. Staff members are very supportive and positive. Staff are also quick to help where needed. Management is well run. I have a good balance of work and home life.

Too much work load and expectations, not enough hours in a day to complete what’s needed, stress of achieving audit passes, on call 24 hrs a day for the hotel, lone working, expected to be receptionist and manager, workload massive, no work home life balance
