What is the salary like at Transport for Wales?

The rota results in spending a lot of days in work

Good salary, good benefits. overtime available at the moment.

Long hours,shift patterns and some stations have no facilities - really poor working outside.

The people - most are wonderful and really care about making a difference. Opportunities to be a part of lots of exciting projects. Lots of opportunities to learn and develop. Flexible working. Good pay and benefits. I have a very supportive manager. Variation - lots to learn and get involved in, never a dull moment.

Terms of conditions are not consistent across the business, due to legacy agreements. Workloads can be very high and pressurised at times.
