Tradify hires the most amazing people. The process and selectiveness which is applied during the hiring process must be super rigorous to have such amazing people that gel so well. The culture is impeccable. Tradify treats everyone here amazing. Everyone is on the same wavelength. They genuinely care about your well-being and actively strive to ensure that you are good physically and mentally.
Cons
The only downside with Tradify (for me personally - some consider this a serious PRO rather than con) is the timing of work hours in the sales department. We cover mornings and evenings mostly. Work hours aren't fixed but sporadically change.
