      Pros

I have been a huge fan on Tinuiti since beginning work here - fun community, great benefits of remote work, fertility benefits, unlimited PTO, lifestyle spending accounts, etc. It has been some of the most rewarding work I've done in the industry and has helped me grow my career and I've luckily been able to take advantage of multiple mentorship programs and have held great managers that support and uplift me and have always been in my corner. The lower level employees who work here are truly top notch.

      Cons

Sadly it's started to go down hill pretty quickly. The large name accounts are not being charged large name dollars leading to extreme understaffing for some of the most challenging and needy clients leading to burnout, neglect and fatigue. Despite this concern being raised, nothing has been done to add more staff to larger accounts because Tinuiti will charge them low fees to have the name in our portfolio. OOO used to be a true OOO period, now they track it into long weekends that we already have off and are more expensive to travel during and also don't even give us the full week anymore. We started getting taxed on our lifestyle benefits recently which is ridiculous and the health care is actually abysmal. Multiple employees have complained about this new healthcare since getting it last year and we've constantly been told it's better for us when it's clearly not. It's becoming clear that execs are falling under pressure from private equity owners to save costs and the company is suffering because of it and the employees are bleeding out.

-Flexibility* with working hours and time off -Smart, talented people work here -Chance to work on some interesting clients

      Cons

I and many of my colleagues have been feeling burned out. I have worked here for a few years and have never gotten a raise or promotion. My manager has never talked about career development or growth with me. We have flexible work hours and PTO, but there is never a good time to take it because there is always so much to do beyond a healthy amount of bandwidth. There is no uniform process across channels under the same client protfolio, which is getting worked on, but a client could receive a weekly report at different times of the week in various formats, and it feels like we don't communicate internally.

      Pros

-Unlimited PTO -Great people at the mid-lower levels (Coordinators, Specialists, Strategists) -Solid emphasis on DEI

      Cons

Where to begin. Like many, I loved Tinuiti at first. I thought I had found an agency that was finally different and really cared about their people. But the people-centric way of thinking was thrown out the window when times got tough financially, and since then the C-suite leadership has literally said they are moving to a client-centric way of thinking. From the 3 layoffs over the course of a roughly 8 month period, to the removal of bonuses/yearly merit increases, to the lack of thought-provoking leadership, to the overallocating of work (Tinuiti's allocation method of determining client profitability and employee workload is wholeheartedly a joke) with no career growth incentive, I lost hope and luckily eventually found another job where I am now very happy and supported. Tinuiti's current way of working is, well, not working. It hasn't been working. When I left, it looked like they were attempting another restructure coming in 2024 to help, but at this point, I have so little faith in leadership that I wouldn't hold your breath if you are considering working here.

(I was told that if anyone didn't like changes, we should just quit). -Clients- hard personalities, disrespectful, condescending and rude.
