There are no cons at present time

Fairly regular supply in London. Mixed communication level.

Mandatory unpaid training. Some spotty communication and some emails have taken a long time to get a response. Pay is not great and the agency allegedly charges schools 25%.

Change of consultant without warning. My new one wasn't interested in me being happy on my placement which is why I ended up leaving.
