What is the salary like at Tillys?

Flexible hours and better pay than some other retail jobs

Items always out of stock, which is really annoying when you're trying to make sales

You get to meet some amazing people while working a pretty easy position. Most customers are friendly and you gain a lot of experience if you want to move up.

You don’t choose who you work with and sometimes you’ll come across people who make the work environment hostile and toxic. Other than that the pay isn’t great for all the amount of work that’s expected to be done and we rarely get raises, if at all.

Decent work environment, coworkers were nice, overall not a bad job.

The pay is low, managers take advantage of seasonal employees and purposely give them the shifts permanent employees do not want.
