What is a typical working day like at Tillys?

Poor training, favorites, lack of support from young management who seem to not care about seasonal hires Inconsistent scheduling with no clear communication on shift availability Limited growth opportunities and lack of transparency about how to move forward within the company High turnover and not much effort to keep employees engaged or invested in the job

There are some great people who I have met during my time there

Shifts consistently get cut, I have been informed that my shift has been cut around an hour before my shift starts on most occasions. There have even been occasions when I drove all the way to work just to he told that management “forgot to tell me that my shift has been cut.” One manager specifically works a lot of overtime which takes up a lot of pay roll, this only causes more employees to have their scheduled shifts cut.
