What are some insights into the strategy or vision at The Virtus Solution?

Collaborative team, Knowledgeable managers who are very supportive without micromanaging. Everyone with whom I interacted, right up to the partners and CEO, was very down-to-earth and seemed genuinely involved in doing what was best for the company and the customer.

Fairly small number of customers and contracts so work can end abruptly. I didn't care for their contractor payroll system.
