How is management perceived at The Odeon Restaurant?

There are no pros; only the staff is good

bad management, lower salary, and a lot of mobbing

Good money, lots of shift options, big staff so getting coverage is relatively possible

SUPER micro management, extreme and sometimes unrealistic expectations for staff. I know people who got fired for standing still.

Cycle of service is very clear so you know when you're in bounds and when you're out of bounds. When they don't overstaff, the money is fantastic.

Management can be officious, nonsensical, and aren't above the usual shenanigans (to put it lightly) of the restaurant industry.

Pay is consistent, easy to gain tenure and get better shifts, enough servers that its reasonable to get shift coverage when you want it.

Consistently volatile management, managers moods decides whether a shift is easy or not, regardless of a 200 cover lunch or 400 cover dinner. Firing left and right, also depending on mood. Emotionally extremely stressful, despite being open for 40 years more than half of the staff on the floor has been hired in the past few months due to extremely high turnover.
