The people are very collaborative, the benefits are pretty good and the pay is reflective of experience and slightly better than others in the industry.

Highly competitive, poor HR team who are pretty much non existent and tend to take the side of the business over people. Hard to get promoted unless you spend 4+ years in the same position. Brand teams are always prioritised over specialist roles. A lot of egos, particularly when it comes to the Heineken brand. Too many brands acquired without support of current and revenue driving brands.

The quarterly product allowance is also a great perk! You are highly encouraged to progress, so it is a great company if you are ambitious.

Salaries are becoming less competitive, local senior management style needs significant flexibility from employees. Pressure on the commercial organization increased significantly in last few years

Good pay, work life balance, lots of perks like free beer + invitation to events or parties. Most coworkers are great and open to differences

Disappointing management! They keep filling important management team roles with white dutch men who lacks experience. Doesnt walk the talk about supporting women in sales
