What is the salary like at The Goddard School?

Good pay, the children are amazing, the catering is amazing and staff are overall treated well

Communication needs improvement especially with regards to getting supplies for the classroom

Not sure there are pros.

My advice: do not work here. They do not value their employees whatsoever. You are just a body. The office/management does nothing but sit in the office while their employees are miserable all day. I had a death in my family and they did not care. You will work long hours, incredibly low pay, and no support from the higher ups. Management needs to go.

The pay is far too low for the job and work done. They’re incredibly understaffed, because they don’t pay high enough for any reasonable person to stay working for very long. The job is incredibly stressful because of this. One of my coworkers fainted from stress at one point. The owner is completely incompetent.

Admin never supported (despite claiming they would), 20% of parents were awful and didn't communicate well

Everyone was very friendly, and the pay is decent. They will also provide you with supplies if needed.

The owners are very toxic. The pay is so much lower than that at other schools. The owners are rude and condescending and have anger issues.
