Pros
Company car, travel to different locations
Cons
Bad management, low pay, under valued
Pros
Some nice experiences with other photographers on same level, Some of the schools can be nice: offer you coffee, help you with bags, and be friendly etc
Cons
Absolutely awful pay it's a lot less than minimum wage and they force you to work long crazy hours. You get paid around £600 a month no matter how many hours you work and they try to squeeze as many hours out of you as they can. You only get paid your minimum wage once a year in a bulk sum. You get a company car but that company car lowers your personal allowance to around 4k. Lots of promises of career opportunities and wage improvements but this never happens and even those higher up in the company are also being paid around minimum wage. You often get told you have to work with very little notice (often having to travel and sometimes stay in hotels for this) and because of you're contract you are forced to work any days they wish. The people higher up treat you as a number not as an individual, they're goal is to make as much money as they can they don't care about their employees as individuals. this is not a nice company stay away from them if you can.
Pros
slow paced if that's what you're after, good team environment
Cons
bare minimum wage, where if you do any extra no rewards or extra pay if you're in multiple department. Work systems are well outdated which wastes time

Pros
I loved working with a team at Tempest. I was in a team of 5, me being the 6th and together we really supported each other. I also had the chance to work with others all over the country through graduations which was my highlight of the job.
Cons
The pay was good for my contract, but the actual pay for a permanent position would mean most people need an additional part-time job. There were a lot of early mornings and busy eventful days.
Pros
Great management, leaves you to it and looks after employees in times of need
Cons
Poor salary, bonus not always available
Pros
Working with children Equipment, car, and training provided
Cons
Very minimal pay, No room for error, Not honest about progress and opinions at time i.e will remain polite over actually saying if they have a problem.
