What are some insights into the application process at TP?

Teleperformance is willing to hire anyone. They have few to little hiring restrictions. This is great in a bind if you need to find employment but you have to be willing to sign a contract with the devil.

The level of communication and respect is missing from this organization. I took the time to review the various reviews of this organization. The reviews were a mix of good and bad. At the time I was in a bind and needed to take any offer that came my way. I kept running into problems with the application process and the recruiters. I'm not sure if it was technical issue because I turned in the requested information but it caused a delay in the process. What shocked me was the write up of this company in Wikipedia. The culture of this company is not respectful or considerate. Prior to training I received so many emails and text messages (at least 4 a day on each platform) for a tech check. Once I completed the tech check I lost 2 members of my family unexpectedly and missed the training session. I sent an email explaining my situation and never heard anything back regarding my status. Then I received several emails and texts requesting that I return the equipment.

Job application is simple and convenient. Training is good.. This is my first time in this industry and I am learning a lot...

Nothing so far for me...

The staff are friendly and accommodating and they also provide free food. Lifting up applicants spirit and encouraging them in their application process.

Some application process and assessment are a little bit hard making it difficult for the applicants to follow especially with the older and newbie applicants.

I like that they were quick to respond and reach out to recruit me upon submitting my application.

I feel that they are more strict than other work at home jobs and they require more monitoring of their employees.

Easy application process and having a good and approachable workers.

The deadline of requirements is only having a short period of time

Not enough training rooms for the newbies to use.

For the meantime I don’t see any issues with Teleperformance
