Flexible working hours, with pay based on your area and what schools are willing to offer. The app works fine, but needs to be connected to the HR app more firmly.

No work is guaranteed, but they require a certain amount of hours per month. Tried to get ahold of them via phone many times to solve a timesheet issue, this is virtually impossible. I rather get paid monthly sometimes and know what I am dealing with because the description of the work can be lacking. The app no longer has a filter to filter out grades that I do not prefer to teach or if I would not like to take a long term assignment.

Not much room for opportunity and growth. I have a sale's background and good reviews from school, I wasn't considered for a interview. Lack of bonus incentives and career development opportunities.

It used to be a flexible schedule and weekly pay. Only the weekly pay still happens. This job was great around 2018 to 2020. After it went "employee" instead of independent contractor, it when downhill all the way. Just get the sub permit in California and work for a district.

Horrible schools, no more flexibility, nightmare app, and clueless support. I get multiple emails asking me for the same paperwork I already submitted or directing me to pages I cannot access. All around mismanagement.
