Pros
Gas Card for those long road trips.
Cons
Base pay/ Salary is below State limit. Right now it is at $20,000 year and in many cases THAT is what you will end with unless you stick it out. As a sales rep you are punished for situations out of your control. You can do everything asked of you as outline in the work agreement you sign, and still the bulk of your pay can be held up for months with little to no communication. If you come work here, you expect if you get a sale you will be paid for the sale. Not here, if you happen to get a $4k deal along with CAP you may get $1000, however if for some reason you are terminated or quit due to lack of future sells, kiss that other $3k goodbye as your manager gets that now. Management, especially upper management make decisions such as adding taddlers in company vehicles where if you dont add the system you are threatened to be written up even though they dont have it professionally installed. Then turn around a few weeks later to decide to get rid of company cars all together and force you to update your current car to meet standards that weren't agreed upon during the hiring process or be terminated and forfeit commissions. HR does not respond to simple request in a timely manner.
