Pros
Information is good especially about the north American market. Site visits are good for visual people
Cons
The training has really fallen off, when I started manager were really intentional about making sure you understood the full picture before throwing you on the phones. Now they just put you in sink or swim with little to no training. You do 3 day induction and that's it. The managers will tell you to your face that they only way they will like you is if you make more sales for them, once you make more sales then you have earned the right to communicate with them. They fire their best employees just as soon as big incentives are about to pay out. They retain the fake people on their staff and favor people who gossip and will sneak around to talk behind everyone's back. They don't have work life balance, they actually could careless about you or your family, they make you work even mothers day and tell you to celebrate another time sales are more important. If you are sick they still expect you to come and wear a mask. They are not culturally diverse at all, they actually prefer South Asians. The micro management is crazy, they had a slogan "micromanage to success". HR isn't really HR, they are just there to recruit and are not respected by upper management either. Rishi is a loose cannon, he bullies his way to and through everyone. They may have a good vision but the Canadian branch is a clear disaster. People are so unhappy working there
