Decent pay and close to home

Lack of clear communication from management at times

4.5 day work week. Work from home Monday and Friday. Flexible working hours within limits. Small automatic salary increases for 4 years.

Interview and selection process very long. Salary not very competitive on a UK / IRELAND / EU level. Not much room for career progression after ≈5/6 years of employment.

Nice people and work isn't incredibly stressful.

No WFH and Boeing acquisition could have unforeseen consequences.
