Pros
Good pay, quarterly bonus, Unlimited time off (This is so they don't have to pay you out when you leave the company)
Cons
-No Formal Training, or any training for that matter
-Flat commission rate
-Huge gap of miscommunication between departments
-Multiple CRMs
-Too many systems in place, making things more complex than they have to be.
-No Opportunity for Career Advancement
-Look up the review from Oct 3rd, 2022, that is still happening
Spear's lack of quality management is what make this a company of high churn of employees. They have been using "performance based firings" as a way to get rid of people for their lack in numbers. You could be the best rep on the team, and they would find something to fire you for. I even raised my concerns for my situation, and was fired for raising my concerns, If you are put on a PIP here, they have no intention of keeping you, its just to protect themselves. You will not have any training whatsoever and even if you are a top performer with no training they will still let you go. If you have any issues, do not say anything because it will be used against you. They ask for employee surveys that are "Anonymous", however if you leave a bad survey, you are enemy number 1, they are not anonymous. You will be let go before your quarterly bonus even if you worked the whole quarter, and you will be not given any severance, they truly treat their employees like a number, and are so cold if you even question how they operate. Management does not care about you, even if you have a death in the family, they expect you to care more about the company. They preach their STRIVE values, however they do not even follow along with their own company values.
