Where do I start? No management, no sense of belonging, no benefits, horrible coworkers etc etc etc

Dealing with unprofessional behaviour When you work hard and go the extra mile it is still considered not doing enough and that you are lazy Management don’t respect the employees that work for them. You call for a day off sick and management gets mad at you. Passive aggressive is a Phd here
