Where do I start... Cliquish Culture: From interpersonal relationships and from my own experiences, we saw a cliquey atmosphere within the organization, which created barriers to collaboration and inclusivity, leading to a high turnover rate. I believe a lot of employees came from Concord Hospital, Although I do not have specific numbers, that is what I have heard from internal sources and have experienced for myself. These departments include, but not limited to, Poor Leadership in some departments, but not all: Poor leadership contributed to challenges in organizational effectiveness, employee morale, and overall productivity. Many employees left the company, were very excited once they started working at another organizations. DEI Hiring Practices: SNHU will prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring quotas over selecting the best candidates for positions, leading to mismatches in talent and overall production. High Turnover Rate: A high turnover rate within the organization indicated underlying issues with employee satisfaction, retention strategies, or organizational culture. Limited Growth Opportunities: Employees have limited opportunities for career advancement or professional development unless they are well-liked or part of certain cliques. President's Political Advocacy: Individuals may view the president's advocacy for liberal agendas and speaking out on controversial issues as inappropriate, preferring a more neutral stance from the university's leadership.
