What is working from home like at Solera?

Lack of sufficient training and little to no support from leadership.

I have nothing good at all about this place.

Such a micromanaged monstrosity, they train people left and right with new hires. You are trained to exit files a certain way which always gets refreshed into the list because people don't care. Your managers are terrible and you can't go to the bathroom without your "team lead" blowing up your phone while you work from home.

Personnel shuffles seem to be quite common. Work from home isn't always optional because office space is limited.

Good colleagues and WFH policy still exists

1. Not at all employee friendly. 2. Organisation thinks only about acquisition.
