Unorganised in every department. no poor communication with staff when following up reports. The Manager had too many responsibilities for an individual to carry out which made other area lax, having to tend to the cleaning, catering and security teams.

Advice to Management

Relieve some responsibility to prevent an overload on one person

Somewhat slow and old mentality to ladder climbing, no parental leave, not generous with insurance benefits (ex. ADAD, life)
