Pros
Free drinks, cool people to work with, light workload depending the store you get. One of the manager's is really cool. The place is also the cleanest cafe I've ever worked at to date, well run in regards to the systems they have in place.
Cons
One of the two managers at one of the locations is a very rude, condescending individual who will constantly belittle you every chance he gets. Constantly telling you to not be afraid to ask questions while also telling you to "figure it out" once you do ask questions. The hours you ask for will not be honored here, they will give you less than what you ask for every chance they get. The schedule is incredibly inconsistent, it changes every week. Time off is hit or miss, they always honored my time off requests while simultaneously not honoring a coworker of mine's requests. Your two week notice doesn't mean anything to them, I was terminated a week before my employment was set to end. If these things were fixed however, I think it would be a decent place to work.
