The salary and overall benefits are decent, some people are nice and respectful, and the office and lunch are pretty nice

The toxic environment shows after a while and unless you like to gossip, play politics and mind games and suck up to people, you will feel stuck and useless there. Some people are nice but way too opinionated which affects how you do your job...you have to be a certain type of person to thrive there and change is non-existent - mostly because of outdated systems and low development efforts.

Bad politics, old people have bad habit of being bossy , job is full unstable at all levels, very poor HR ..no support to employees, sometimes HR becomes Puppet of senior management

Forcing employees to leave without proper reasons. HR and Management both are equally responsible for forcing them. Cant complaint to higher level about your immediate manager else you will face negative consequences.
