How is management perceived at SAS Shoes?

Your coworkers are nice, the guests can sometimes be very thankful and nice as well

The management working there is unprofessional and very nitpicky. The pay is really not great and/or equal to the equivalent of work you are given. I was constantly being called in to come in early or cover someone else's shift as we only had four employees working at the store. Overall, would not recommend working at SAS.

Not much growth and have to work with feet Some managers can be extremely sales based and micro manage you in my experience but could be different from store to store.
