What is the hiring process like at Refyne?

I began my role as a Key Account Manager (KAM) at Refyne in March '24, and I've been thoroughly impressed with the seamless onboarding process. From day one, the communication has been crystal clear, making it easy to understand expectations and objectives. The visibility provided on OKRs and objectives has been particularly helpful. I'm eager to continue learning and developing my expertise in this role within such a supportive and motivating environment.

I recently joined Refyne and I’m very happy with the overall experience so far. The interview and onboarding process were smooth, and both my team and cross-functional colleagues have been extremely supportive, which helped me settle in quickly. My lead set clear expectations, and I’m glad they aligned well with what I was looking for. It’s a fast-paced environment, which might feel overwhelming for someone who isn’t comfortable with constant huddles. Work-from-home options are limited, so this may not be suitable for individuals seeking a fully remote setup.
