If an employee takes longer than the time planned for that task, it considered as bad. - It’s expected from you to do overtime but not considered as working hard. - You will be undermined and made feel worthless - Working fast and good will bring you nowhere. - Lack of appreciation and recognition - Highly toxic working environment. No respect of boundaries. You will be called after working hours on your personal phone to ask you to work or ask questions related to work. It’s common to push some employees to leave instead of firing them just because they are slower and do not accept doing overtime. I do not recommend working in that department. Only if you want to become depressed.
