What is the hiring process like at Raising Cane's?

A lengthy hiring process (at least for me), however I can tell that's how they are able to ensure only those who fit the culture are brought on-board.

Benefits, work life balance, open communication with higher ups, culture, travel support and growth guidance/transparency.

Leadership par changes and lack of GM participation in the leadership selection process for middle management when you are responsible for your location success.

I recently began my journey with Raising Cane's. I got to say the hiring process was smooth and efficient. Their prompt communication and fast decision-making were impressive. I'm excited to be part of a team that clearly values efficiency and respects applicants' time.

So far, I have none at this moment.

You will definitely find great people at this location. The hiring managers are always pulling in new smiling faces to join the team! Also, the scheduling app works very well and most of the time you can find someone to cover your shift.

Lunch hour is chaotic and fast. Occasional drama because of collective stress.

If they want you they’ll pass you along swiftly and efficiently! My hiring process was 3 days! Canes culture is one of a kind so while it can be swift it is thorough. The investment in your interview process speaks for the itself!

Not too many cons, just be prepared to meet with multiple people depending on your role if they like you!

From the hiring process, through orientation and training you will quickly feel how the company lives up to its vision and mission statements and daily focuses on core values and the non-negotiables. I came on with a lot of industry experience and the company surprises me every day. If you want to grow - Cane's is YOUR place - You pick the path and you work it with a lot of support. There is a reason Cane's leads the industry in several categories.

Fast pace and friendly coworkers

Less than 20 hours a week and didn’t disclose I would be part-time during hiring process

Great worker-to-worker relationships which can make the fast food environment feel better. Strong emphasis on having fun during work while keeping busy as you go. Strong safety procedures to keep standards up to par. Also very flexible to work time wise.

There is not much upward movement within the company, and any attempts are long-winded and not promised. With the constant changes to the company, it feels as if long-tenured workers lose value the longer they work. Management is constantly hiring new crew, and this causes a higher amount of labor which decreases everyone's hours.
