I responded to a job posting on indeed for an inbound customer service representative position. At no point during the interview process was it disclosed that it was actually an outbound telemarketing job. Wasted 2 months of my life between the Kafkaesque hiring process and the training just to be put into a job that I never would have applied for in the first place.

Good working environment, nice co-workers and supervisors.

They do not respect the base salary they offer. They discount you all Saturdays, even if you were offer a Monday to Friday Schedule, and told just to sign the contract that he project pays for them, tell you you have a holiday off just for not paying you the day. If you need to talk with a RRHH you have to contact them by email, they only have time for you during interview process.
