What is the salary like at RHM Staffing Solutions?

Great pay, base is standard/industry avg but it's a commission job without a cap. If you don't earn good money you're not doing the job well. Fast paced and learning the ins and outs of the business very early on. Business development training from your first week on. Great supportive people and competitive Opportunity for leadership is abdundant- similarly with compensation if you aren't getting those opportunities you should look inward

Longer hours - be organized early on and you'll be fine PTO accrual could be better

- The micromanaging is to a whole other level. You feel like someone is always looking over your shoulder at all times. - You will get so much feedback, even if you are doing something right. The have to be perfect at everything you do or you get harped on little mistakes - No work life balance: callsheets that are hand written, managers will get on you if you don’t work weekends which are not paid for, you will be there before 8am and won’t leave until after 7 almost every day. If you try to leave when you’re supposed to, you will be questioned about it and looked down upon.

So many cons here. Culture is terrible, they will tell the boss any sort of negative comment to them. Are you tired one day and said that to a co-worker? Boss will know and slam you for being tired. This comes with the 60-65 hour work week they MAKE you do. Did you yawn? Boss will slam you for yawning. They claim you get the salary and benefits after 90 days, which was a lie. They tell you at $3000 in spread you get everything they promised after 90 days. I had stubble after my skin was so sore and thin from shaving everyday and they made me dry shave in the bathroom. They make you were suites everyday, is this 1970? Nobody wears suites anymore, it's a complete clown show at RHM. They tell everyone not to get pets because you won't have time to properly take care of them. If you can't even have a cat/dog, what's the point of working here? You're in the office at 6am and you leave at a minimum of 7pm. They say don't work when you get home, but they know that it's impossible not to. All the employees are college aged wanna be frat boys who treat you like dirt. Pathetic.

Just about everything They’ll tell you the job is 7:30 to 5:30 but after about 2 months it becomes 7:00 to 6:30 They have you on hourly pay for the first 6 months (they will tell you less than 6 months, don’t trust that) and cap you at 45 hours logged weekly to avoid paying much ot although you’re working 60 hours a week because they tell you to work a little bit when you get home as well as on the weekend

Since everyone they hire is newly graduated the camaraderie is pretty fun

Everything else. Leadership is beyond hostile and exploits young talent. Everything they tell you in the interview is a lie, you will be working 55+ hour work weeks and your paychecks reflect that of a 40 hour work week. “Competitive environment” is code for work your butt off for scraps or we’ll throw you under. Promises promotions quickly and than strings you along for as long as you’ll allow. Very few women in the office this place is more like a frat. If you’ve ever seen wolf of Wall Street it’s kinda that vibe but instead of making insane money you’re actually just told you are gonna be rich while making barely above minimum wage. Very few promotions actually offered. This company does not care about its employees

This was my first job after school and to be honest my experience within the last 4 years has been a roller coaster. Like any company you are going to have your good days and your bad, but I wouldn't trade what I have learned here in the last 4 years or experience I've gained for anything. If you are looking for an outside sales role where you can dictate your own schedule, run your own territory, meet executives at big companies and make ALOT of money this is for you. I will list my favorite parts of working here below: - Culture, everyone you work with is around your age, we hire right out of school so most people have a lot in common which makes coming to work fun. You can meet some of your best friends in this job as you spend the most time with these people. - Opportunity for growth, you can get promoted here as soon as 6 months. The company doesnt promote based off tenure they promote off performance. - Money, you can make as much money as you want here, but even the starting salary is really solid but you will always make more than that. Its hard to not make commission at this job. At 25-26 Years old I made over 6 figures with commissions and bonuses. You also get a car allowance and phone allowance monthly. Company pays weekly, every Friday. - We work hard and play hard. We do happy hours all the time which helps build relationships with your coworkers. We also do yearly incentive trips to Nashville and Cancun - Stock, we are still a small company that is rapidly growing and this year they implemented a stock program for top performers that long term can be HUGE All in all, if you are driven, competitive, money motivated, want to be a leader and are okay with rolling up your sleeves and actually putting in some work to make a lot of money, this is the place for you.

While no company is perfect, what RHM offers to newly graduated students is hard to beat. That being said every company has its cons and while I am still currently here, I am going to be as honest as possible because a lot of the reviews are bashing the company and it is mostly people who frankly just weren't good at it. So please see below for cons: - The Hours we work 745-530pm but often times you come in early and stay late if its needed to come through for a client. That being said if you get everything done in that time you can leave at 530pm and no one will care. - Sometimes management can be very pushy but they are only doing that because they see that you have potential and want to get the best out of you - Work in office everyday - Work holidays other people have off, also don't always get off days after big holidays like thanksgiving
