Got to sit in on offer and orders features and prd discussions and even catalog cleanup in marketing. Not my core work, but they involve whoever’s willing to help. That’s rare. You feel like you’re contributing to the business, not just writing code. Super empowering.
Cons
Facilities are okay, but not standout. More ergonomic seating, maybe even some wellness sessions or mental health support would show they’re investing back in people too.
