All accommodations are under video surveillance and controlled entrances by swipe in and out system, performance is always scrutinized to to point it demotivates you, flying hours can be too much, no possibility of being represented by a syndicate. Possibly it is a much better situation now since the new CEO was appointed.

Working in Qatar can be rewarding, as the country has a strong economy and many job opportunities

Cons may include having to work in shift (early morning or late evening), the stress / noise and heavy traffic on the way to work.

I do understand that rules are made to maintain standards in a company, but some were imposing on your personal life/ privacy and felt like a child rather than an adult.
