Pros
The company has great benefits, including low healthcare premiums and a monthly wellness benefit added directly to your paycheck.
Cons
PureSky recently split from a larger company and has struggled to establish a unique culture and SOPs. There was no training plan when I started, and employees often seemed bothered when I asked for help in learning the basics of the role. The systems in use felt antiquated, with no clear file organization. The departments felt siloed, with little communication across teams and limited opportunities to meet people outside my immediate department. The company is not that large but suffers from cultural problems found at larger firms. Pay is below industry averages and growth opportunities are few and far between. People seemed more interested in coffee breaks than advancing projects.
