How are the career development opportunities at Prisma Health?

Weak salary ranges in comparison to other local competitors and lack of career growth opportunities for those in hospital administration

Great pay and benefits, ability to make a difference in others lives, and hybrid work

High degree of micromanagement and bureaucratic system with little collaboration between management and team, increasing workload w/o proper support to manage it, resistant to changes/suggestions paired with little to no action to improve program, high turnover, little creative freedom, no career advancement

The department I worked in had a great close-knit team and a good manager. The days usually seemed to go by very quickly because there were always tons of different tasks to get done.

Pay was low, very little room for advancement in non-clinical roles.
