What is the hiring process like at OneTrust?

My experience with OneTrust has been excellent so far. The hiring process was smooth, well-organized, and timely. Meera from the Talent Acquisition team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. The team I’ve joined is collaborative and welcoming, and the work is aligned perfectly with the job description. OneTrust clearly values its people and creates a positive work environment.

I don’t have much to say at this point — everything has been great so far.

It is a vibrant office space with a very international atmosphere. The leadership is always open to talk, teach, and mentor those who need the guidance or are new to the team. The teams are well structured and the management is on top of their tasks and projects. No complaints, and the weekly free breakfast is a beautiful touch! As well as the respect for mental health and taking time off as needed. Overall, as an intern I feel extremely welcomed to the team and to the office. The hiring process was seamless and the HR/Talents team was constantly updating on the course of the hiring process.

so far, there are not any things that I find as a drawback to working at the OneTrust office in Madrid.

My team is the best I have ever worked with. We support each other during transitions and the implementation of new processes, fostering a strong sense of camaraderie. Together, we have built a robust Certification Program. The management is dedicated to helping us learn our duties and supporting our goals.

One challenge I faced during the initial months was getting acquainted with the privacy field, which is crucial for understanding the core aspects of our work. Although I now appreciate the practical applications of our solutions and understand why OneTrust is a leader in this space, the initial learning curve was quite steep.

Good pay and great colleagues. OT has been hiring top talent.

A lot of strategic changes that make it impossible to get comfortable. Layoffs every now and then.

Was first in the market product

First and foremost, the work environment is demoralizing. Majority of the mid managers have no idea on the work/team process and unfortunately they are the ones who gets promotes to senior levels. Furthermore, the leadership lacked transparency and accountability. Decisions were made behind closed doors without consulting or informing the rest of the team, leading to confusion and frustration. The workload was consistently overwhelming, with unrealistic expectations and no help.

Great product, good company vision.

I joined about a year ago and overall it's been a positive experience. The people are kind, the product is one of the best, and they've brought in a really good new ceo.

Lot's of change, problems with tech support, & not the best onboarding.

as of my experience, its good company for both freshers as well as experienced ones.

Only best reason is that the team members are amazing, always supportive and have good understanding between each other.

The top level management is the worst. They do not know to handle finances. They always trim down the talent to replace them with cheaper talent. Do not ever think about joining this company. The remaining reviews says the rest.
