What is the hiring process like at Nuix?

- Great recruitment process - Friendly team & culture - Inclusive environment - High performing and approacable Exec team - Hybrid working (work life balance) I believe most of the negative reviews & comments were made before the restructure. I questioned the reviews during my initial interview, before I joined, and can happily say I haven't had any issues!

Slightly lacking in formal processes and the internal policies are in need of an update - but this is currently being worked on.

Has a good working environment. Open to suggestion and ideas. I’m not afraid to ask question because of the welcoming environment. Has some complex process and/or project that helped me grow.
