Seems like great culture and room for growth - lots of opportunities once youre in Quick interview process and clear, open communication

Onboarding process is extensive and a little excessive Not sure how long it will take someone to actually get a promotion Salary is not commensurated with your experience level (low-ball offers) Very very strict on even 1 minute tardiness

- sense of community - decent benefits - yearly bonuses - incentive pay - work hours - independence - teamwork - job opportunities -company is constantly growing

- constant micromanaging - staff burnout with no reprieve - standards for hiring prospective employees is inconsistent - do not handle constructive criticism well (staff opinions do not matter, in fact, they're frowned upon) - new processes and procedures are to be tolerated/accepted and not questioned - 'patients first' model (staff are left on the back-burner) - does not have competitive pay - safety of employees is not a priority - allocation of profits is not well spent

- super welcoming team from day 1 - CEO spoke at "welcome new-hires" event - location is in an amazing part of Chicago - intern perspective; you get to learn so much not just about healthcare but about the ins and outs of the system - amazing culture and surrounded by individuals who love to contribute to the good of others

- interview/onboarding process wasn't the fastest
