Does Nestlé offer relocation assistance?

Pros

- Good relocation package - Good induction and training period - Many training opportunities - Nice office environment with an international team of workers

Cons

- HR is arrogant and not approachable: they don't exactly know how to support foreigners - The most important aspect is to make savings, no real human connection - They perceive their human resources as a cost - They strictly don't care about Nestle Values - Too many processes, a very bureaucratic and slow-paced company: the amount of work to report savings, numbers and tasks is ridiculous.

Advice to Management

- Fresh starters for the HR, get rid of current management - More user-friendly and integrated systems. - Start to see people as people, not costs.

- Good relocation package
