The microbiology department puts the micro in micromanagement. Nephron constantly highest the incorrect individuals for higher level positions. Highly unfair pay disparity between people of the same position and same levels of experience,and the company offers zero support to develop and promote individuals from within. Higher ups always talk about the higher than average turn over rate and get frustrated when people leave but, constantly deny raises and promotions to even the most loyal employees. When employees meet all criteria to get a promotion, management will simply not do so, or offer you the promotion in tittle only with no additional compensation. Management will make employees perform duties outside of their job requirements often and offer no compensation for these activities. Subpar benefits, and that’s putting it kindly.
