How is management perceived at Nephron Pharmaceuticals?

It has good pay overall

It has bad management and no work life balance

The pay… that’s it that’s all

Management is the worst especially the formulation weirdos the culture is trash and they don’t care about you at all

Improve better management work life

Not liking management salary range

Nice building, decent people, food trucks come for lunch

Too much management at the top, raises and bonuses do not exist here

Nepotism all across the board. Managers have no prior experience but are friends and family members of people employed. No focus on employee development. Will fire you without an explanation or chance to improve.

You gain a whole bunch of experience and will learn new things about the pharma process

Benefits and PTO are HORRIBLE! Management does not help you complete tasks and will just keep adding tasks and ask why the old tasks are not done.

The coworkers are cool but it is a tight ship. It is cool to see all the machinery.

Awful management, no employee value, no job security, the CEO literally walks around and screams at people when she’s having a bad day and then will fire them sometimes for doing their jobs. The health insurance is awful.

The microbiology department puts the micro in micromanagement. Nephron constantly highest the incorrect individuals for higher level positions. Highly unfair pay disparity between people of the same position and same levels of experience,and the company offers zero support to develop and promote individuals from within. Higher ups always talk about the higher than average turn over rate and get frustrated when people leave but, constantly deny raises and promotions to even the most loyal employees. When employees meet all criteria to get a promotion, management will simply not do so, or offer you the promotion in tittle only with no additional compensation. Management will make employees perform duties outside of their job requirements often and offer no compensation for these activities. Subpar benefits, and that’s putting it kindly.
