What is the salary like at National Debt Relief?

National Debt Relief has been and is still by far the best company I have had the pleasure to work for. Not only is the salary and pay you get a direct reflection of what you get, but it is the only company I have every seen who has, and tries to maintain a culture of positivity, open door policy and fairness at all times. It is also the only company that I have ever heard of that is willing to and effectively modifies it's internal structure to better adapt to the current times, employee demands, and overall employee satisfaction. Also, with the company always growing, the opportunities for new career paths and developing new skills and expertise are always present! You're expected to be on point when you put on your NDR hat, but you are rewarded accordingly!

As with any big company, change is sometimes difficult to implement quickly. NDR however does as good a job as possible in that area.

I’ve been working at NDR for close to 4 years, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The pay is great with earning potential through commissions and bonuses, and the benefits package offers real peace of mind. One of the best parts in my experience is flexibility of my schedule, which allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance but also ample opportunity for overtime to maximize paychecks. The team environment is incredibly supportive, with a collaborative spirit that makes every day enjoyable. I also feel truly supported by management—they provide clear guidance and are always available to help me succeed. Overall, it’s a rewarding job where I’m able to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

No cons I can think of

The commission is decent if you make it.

There is not enough opportunity to make commission so the pay is terrible.

You get to work from home, Benefits are great you get PTO,PCH,Sick time, lots of different way to earn money, training is pretty thorough, pay is decent while in training,

Could be stressful if youre not used to sales/emotional sales, Overtime is different but could be very beneficial if you make good commission.

The pay is decent, the benefits are very good.

Management are a bunch of crooks... and they lie all day.

Flexible schedule, great pay, wonderful employees, excellent training, help is offered anytime you need it, flexible with overtime, if you want to move up in the company, they give you the ability and support to do so.

Once you get bitten by the money bug all you want to do is work more and more

Co-workers are pretty friendly. Company does provide a computer.

What you are told in training and told by team leaders on the floor is not the same. Also leaders love to use scare tactics on team members, always threatning people with PIPs. Lastly if you have not been there a while and are not one of the popular ones, expect that they will cut your inbound leads to nothing and transfer them to the other folks they like more. Also if you do not close over $200k in deals a month you can forget getting any commission and you will only receive your low base pay. Also the schedule you agreed to work does not go into affect for at least 2 months they never bother to tell you that till after you have started training and overtime is not time and half either.

Good pay opportunity with benefits. Best new hire training I've been in. Positive virtual environment with a lot of teams interaction. People are great. Schedule I chose when hired was respected and consistent. Unlimited OT without pressure to work OT.

More of a neutral point for me but you change supervisors often. A very detailed service to learn so training is at least a month before you can start working on getting sales.

Decent pay, somewhat flexible schedule, good insurance, remote work is a plus!

Definitely some overtime needed if you want to make good comission, usually unplanned and unscheduled. Calls are tracked and graded by AI which isn't 100% accurate

Great pay. Good schedules. Good benefits.
