I really enjoyed my time at Nati Boutique! The owners are genuinely kind and supportive, and building trust with them was one of the highlights of my role. The environment felt collaborative and welcoming, which made coming to work enjoyable. As the HR Manager, I gained hands-on experience managing onboarding and payroll, and I appreciated the autonomy I was given to handle important HR responsibilities. I only left because I received an excellent opportunity elsewhere—I would have happily stayed!
