in couple of projects they are giving work from home, but same if they are giving WFH then no appraisal.

No appraisal from last 3 years, no transperancy, and hirring new candidate with good packages but not providing hikes in existing employee.

Good work environment and good to learn technologies You get flexible timing and work from home options (based on the project you work). Managers are good and supportive and helped me a lot in growing in my respective domain.

Less Salary and not satisfied with appraisals. No Salary hike (Inspite of this they have introduced Quarterly pay by performance concept)
