Good benefits and competitive salary

Company is on a growth mindset, and losing track of keeping the talent they have. Not sure whether concerns would actually get a hearing or response from key leadership.

Pay is better but not much higher than most established competitors in the market

Where to start?! No support, micro managed down to every minute, no trust. Expected to know everything in about 2 weeks, very little training or coaching. Set to fail!

Co Workers are nice, patients are amazing

terrible management, owners are micromanagers interview process was horrible, interviewed and hired in February despite it taking 3 weeks to hear from anyone regarding an update, pay is lower than competitors, recruiter that screened me was overwhelmed, negative, and gave me inaccurate information about the job and distance I would travel, already looking for a new opportunity

Some flexibility and work with some amazing co-workers. Company is growing.

Poor work/life balance. Salary so not compensated for extra work.
