Pros
The guest that you serve and meet
Cons
Overall, the organization is very unstructured and lacks communication. They frequently talk about their high standards and values, but when it comes to taking action, there is no support from superiors. If you point out something that seems off, they will deflect the issue back onto you. The training provided is inadequate; they claim to offer excellent and thorough training, but this is simply not the case. They do not adhere to health standards and regulations. While they often emphasize how much they value their employees and how important it is to take care of them, their actions tell a different story. There appears to be favoritism toward female employees by some male management members, making it feel as though male employees are overlooked. The interview process is long and rigorous, ostensibly to select the best fit for the company, but it seems more focused on finding someone who will ignore the numerous issues and negative aspects of the work environment.
