How is management perceived at Milwaukee Bucks?

It's cool to get to say you work for the Milwaukee Bucks. They offer complementary tickets to events at Fiserv that didn't sell out. That is all that is good about being part-time here.

Making close to minimum wage and working excruciatingly long hours. No upward mobility no matter how hard you work and prove your worth. Little to no respect in the workplace. Unbelievably disrespectful managers and horrible treatment of part-time staff.

I never felt like I was asking a dumb question. Management and teammates wanted to see newcomers succeed.

Some tasks were mundane, but I know that just comes with the role.

- Managers invested in your growth. - Cool opportunities in the sports industry. - Hands on experience.

No cons - just be prepared to work hard!

Good teammates and culture all around

Poor management too to bottom. Hard to get promoted

- sales contests with various prizes - free employee tickets to each game - (mostly) positive work environment and company culture

- low pay compared to other fields - micro management - few opportunities for internal promotion or growth
