How do employees feel about Menards's policy around taking breaks?

Good pay and bonuses for managers. Fairly easy promotion path. Home improvement experience and contractor networking.

Terrible health insurance. No 401k match. Medium sized company making large company money, trying to operate like they are still small. Bully mentality gets passed down from corporate to middle management. Very conservative values. (Strict on piercings, tattoos, colored hair) Poor safety and neglect of worker well-being. No fridge or proper break room.

Cashiering is obviously a relatively low stress job, Provides opportunity to talk with others.

Long hours, short breaks, cannot remotely relax (like leaning a little bit on table) and will be yelled at. Minimum wage

Poor break room, understaffing store, Menards brand is junk!

Monday-Friday work in the truss plant. Concrete plant has alternating shifts. 2 days on 2 days off, off every other weekend. Extra $3/hr for weekend shifts worked
