I’ve been at Maxim for over a year now and love it. They’re very professional, very supportive. The pay is good and always on time, and benefits are available for full time employees. They emphasis finding the right BT/client fit and are very supportive of us in the field (we work in the clients’ homes). Good supervision, higher ups are kind and approachable. I also started school fall of 2023, and Maxim allowed me to switch from s regular client to a subbing-only basis so I could have more time for school/a good work-life balance. There is also room for advancement. I feel like they care about me and my success, and not just what I can do for company.

Maxim does not have any ABA clinics in Spokane, so our ABS services are in-home only (or can work with clients in other places in the community, as well). In-home is great for a lot of clients but not for everyone.

No manual labor or physical activity required. Getting away from there after 9 hours.

Divisive atmosphere, incompetent leadership, office politics fueled by favoritism and personal vendettas, no benefits, low salary and managed by a man with a Napoleon complex. Lowballing nurses for personal interests is highly encouraged and made a "necessity" to increasing earning potential. 9 hour shifts, inexperienced "managers", immature work setting, you have to ask coworkers to turn down loud music every5 minutes in order to make client calls. Small pit to work in.

Flexible schedule, great competitive pay, great clients

PTO doesn’t accrue quickly or rollover, no sick time, insurance is not guaranteed it depends on the hours you work.

Somewhat flexible schedule and fair PTO.

Low pay, travel distances expected are ridiculous, management is terrible with poor communication and lacks leadership skills completely.

Flexible hours, nice office staff, good pay.

ADP is a mess, clients can be hospitalized without notice, charting system.

- Have patients long term so you get to know them and their trends -Hybrid Position - Decent base pay, quarterly bonuses, and great mileage pay compared to other companies

- Toxic leadership (false promises, over compensation of positive work environment, leadership that has no experience in patient care) - Says Hybrid position but tries to limit amount of work from home days - No work life balance - No on call pay - Pressures to perform tasks out of job duties -High turn over rate
