Cons
over worked, paid for 40 hours of a week, but you work close to 70 hours a week. Not only manage, but you have be the warehouse supervisor. Warehouse is controlled & operated by you. No admin help, no receptionist, no customer service to help you. You operate the entire office pretty much by yourself. Commision goals are almost impossible to meet due to lack of staff & support.
